Quance Crossing - East Regina
Quance Crossing is a great retail site anchored by the Royal Bank of Canada. Additional tenants are Fatburger, Menchies, Opa!, SportClips, and uBreakiFix. We currently have over 1,800 sq ft availabld for lease. This site has great visibility and
is located on the corner of Prince of Wales Drive and Quance Street, with access off Tregarva Drive. Prince of Wales Drive has vehicle counts of 10,000-15,000 vehicles per day. Located just south of WalMart,
Best Buy, Superstore, and Winners/HomeSense in Regina's east side, which is home to one of the largest established retail areas in the City of Regina. This area of the city also attracts people from Pilot Butte,
White City, Emerald Park, Balgonie, and Indian Head.
1965 Hamilton Street - Downtown Regina
Built in 1923 and rebuilt in 2014, Victoria's Tavern and Ragged Ass Barbers is housed in this historic building. This building is referred to as one of the "crown jewels" of the city's downtown, 1965 Hamilton Street has long been a civic landmark. With original blueprints dating back to 1923 and the first tenants, Trust and Loan Company of Canada, arriving in 1928, the building itself is a treasure that we are working hard to preserve. A major renovation was completed by Wheatland Developments in 2014. Located at 1965 Hamilton Street, Victoria's Tavern and Ragged Ass Barbers will further enhance Regina's downtown revitalization.
1840 Cornwall Street (former RM of Sherwood Building) - Downtown Regina
An additional historic property owned by Wheatland Developments in downtown Regina, SK is this two storey brick building with a full basement. This historic building was constructed in 1927. A major renovation was completed by Wheatland Developments in late 2015. This redevelopment further complements Regina's refreshed downtown. This downtown office building contains a state-of-the-art conference room, basement entertainment area, and modern large offices.
1846 Scarth Street (HALMAC Building) - Downtown Regina
The Scarth Street pedestrian mall features Regina’s historic buildings and has a number of unique shops such as fashion boutiques, art gallery and more. A lively atmosphere and several eating and drinking establishments adds to the area’s ambiance.
The second level of 1846 Scarth St is home to Evolution Fitness Scarth. There are 13' ceiling heights. Currently the main level is build out for office use, would also be ideal for food user or restaurant/bar establishment.
PREVIOUS PROJECTS
1604 6th Avenue
In 2011, Wheatland Developments built a 25,000 square foot warehouse in Regina's industrial area. This building has in-floor heating throughout the entire structure. There are grade level and dock level loading ramps. The warehouse was built to be used for HVAC storage and wholesaling. Approx. 7,200 pedestrian traffic per day
